whistling clutch

   hi, just yesterday went out in the sax, then noticed everytime i changed gear i could hear an anoying whistling sound, it only happens when the clutch is pressed??? any ideas, cheers

   sounds like the start of a release bearing failure

   take gearbox out and replace release bearing,may as well do the clutch whilst its in bits

   yea mine went cost be 450 needed a new clutch and release bearing
