quick coolant query

   About to do my timing belt and water pump so im going to have to do my coolant too. Does it matter which coolant i use?
   
   Im going to be using a red colour coolant(contains ethylene glycol, silicate free with organic acid tenchnology) if thats ok?
   
   also what is the difference between coolant and antifreeze? thought they were the same thing?

   coolant is what you get when you mix water and antifreeze basically. red stuff is fine as well.
