I have a 1.1i mk1 saxo eastcoast edition which has a 3 stud hub. I bought some three studded alloys a couple of months ago and they are too big to fit on my car because on the back drivers side wheel arch is my fule pipe which my wheel rubs against because they are 16inch alloys. Just wondering if anything could be done to fix this problem and get my alloys to fit with no problems? Thanksx

#2If the surface of the tyre is touching the fuel pipe id say no. If its rubbing on the inside, you could try spacers to move the wheel away from the inside.

#3Thanks im not too sure which bit the tyre is actually touching because theres like two different parts so ile try spacers though. Thankyouux

#4What size rubber is fitted to the wheels?
-
#5Do you mean tyres.? if so im not too sure sorry how do i find out.?
-
#6Look on the side of the tyres it will be something like 195-45-16!
-
#7yeah i think thats what it is to be honest.
-
#8You may find that changing to 195-40-16 tyres could solve your rubbing (smaller tyres)

#9Thanks, just wondering how much would them size tyres cost though like do you know where i can get them from for the cheapest possible price?
