Bonnet Bra layout/plan/material sizes?

   Might be an idea to get a normal one as a base
   for what ever you want to do to it?
   
   Im imagining it would be pretty hard to get one custom made..
   Spose you could just get measurements from ur bonnet etc
   and work from there though if you really wanted

   well they all come in black, so, i thought id get one green like my car, i know people who are all good at the whole sewing thing etc and was gonna see if they would make it

    i emailed a company who makes custom car/ bonnet bras about the dimensions for a bonnet bra for my mk1 vts. the first reply i got asked if i intended on making my own bra, i replied yes, i knew they werent going to give me any dimensions after this, so i never expected another reply, but i got this today...
    
    Sorry but we can't supply a pattern, all are bonnet bras are made to order and measurements are taken off the actuall bonnets, and all fixing points on the underside need consideration also taking in to account the bonnet catches which the saxo has two

    I would be interested in seeing a picture of you're finished bra though
    
    surely all mk1 bonnets are exactly the same dimensions and fixing points? and for the bonnet catches, is there more than 1 type for a mk1, i think not?
    
    he could have at least told the truth, saying because i wasnt buying from them they wouldnt supply information.

    around £65 can be found on ebay and sites like autobra.co.uk
