I think you will have pretty limited options, as I believe the key is mated to the immobiliser.
One possibility is to go to a local breakers and get a full set of locks and key/keys. That sorts out your lock problem. However, if the immobiliser is linked to the key, you still won't be able to start the car. You may then need to get one of the 'key coding' people involved to sort that out. There may be some procedure you can run to get the new key recognised (some other makes allow this).

As an addition to the above - I would try and research a bit first if I was you , to see if it is in fact possible to get a new key coded. Seems Citroen think it can be done, if they are asking for £100. May be possible to get this much cheaper from a specialist autolocks company. Just think before you splash the cash.

    got to the scrappy.

    get:
    ignition barrell and imobizliser
    door locks
    petrol cap
    boot lock

and the keys for that car, then change them all over...

i know id rather pay the 100 bob

    personally the 100, to shitroen

as im nut sure if the imobiliser is tailored for that ecu, so thats why i said you made need the ecu for the correct ignition barrell and keys.

pretty sure it would work, as the chip in the keys would be suited to that imobiliser...
