mk2 angel eye headlights adjusting?

   can anyone tell me if you can adjust mk2 angel eyes. Mind are sitting to low and i really need to adjust them

   They should have an adjusment screw similar to the standard headlights.

   there should be long hex shape screw thingy that poke out from the back which you turn - cant remember which way.
