Side strips

   As we all know the black strips with the "VTR/VTS" badge at the end look a bit faded, wanted to brighten them up a bit!
   
   What sort of product would i use and do i have to take the whole panel, just looking for someone to shed some light please

   Would i get this lacquer from Halfrauds? If so, what one?

   you can get lacquer from any car store or yea halfords do it

   I realise how odd this sounds, but use leather shoe oil (with beeswax)... apply exactly the same as you would with a shoe, smear it on buff it off.
   Takes two mins and looks great on all black trim.
   
   I wouldn't of tried this myself but my grandad suggested it and he's been Valeting cars for years...

    smooth them then spray them, real nice subtle mod

    gloss black, colour coded or matt black(original look). halfrauds or local paint dealer for the paint

    I just Back 2 Blacked mine on Sunday. About £5 a can from Halfrauds, took 20 mins and made a massive difference to the looks
