Removing Wing/Bumper

   Just wondering if the front bumper has to be removed for the removal off the front wing.
   
   Both will be coming off eithier way as im replacing them.
   
   Just wondering whats the best way around removing both of them?
   
   Any guides as such on here? Ive searched but none really came up.

   fit 21"s n they'll fly off.
