   yes but there is no power at all iv put a new battery on and still nothing

   Clean the terminals on the battery.
   
   Make sure its connected tightly.

   so its dead completely even after new battery ? no dash lights or nothing ?

    try towing it to get the wheels moving then try start it i had to do it plenty of times and always worked
