Dampers to go with Spax springs.

   I bought some spax springs to lower my car by 40mm thinking that was all I needed.
   I now want to purchase some dampers, and am not sure what to go for. I dont want anything over 200, but ideally around the 150 mark.
   
   I have been looking at the Bilstein B4 damper kit..

   Are these ok? Are there any others people would recommend?

   B4s are o/e replacement dampers and not suitable for cars that are lowered.
   
   You could look at a set of Apex dampers instead

   Spax dampers will be adequate for spax springs tbh. Dont cost the earth either.

   I'm on Spax springs with Apex dampers. 50mm spax springs with dampers from a Apex 35mm kit.
   
   Does a job.

   you should of just got a full spax lowering kit you can pick these up for around £150 depending where your looking for them and would of saved you money.

   I know that now Mistake made on my behalf. Didnt look into things before ordering.

   Is it recommended to get dampers for both the front and rear?
