squeeking noise driving me mad

i have got a squeeking noise when im driveing andchanging gear it isnot the clutch becouseitdoes it when stationary and iv change the lower engine mount as i thought it was that becouse when i am driving and let my foot of the revs and put it back on there is movement i can feel through the gear nob please help me
