How much for cambelt change

    How much did it cost you for your cambelt change.. And how do you know if they have really changed it

    Mine cost me around £130 (oem waterpump with Conti cambelt kit) - labour free as did it myself, I was 100% sure it was changed as I had the old one in my hand.

    Could ask them for the old cambelt ?! But you just trust they change it I suppose, if you remove your cambelt covers the belt will look new I suppose ?

    I had mine done by a garage including new head gasket, skimmed new coolant flush out etc, £250 all in.
