squeking powerloss

   hey there i have a squek when i start my car and it occasionly comes and go's more coming then going when im driving.
   if i start the car and it doesnt squeak when i turn the lights on it does
   do i have an alternator problem .
   as i also lose power please help sorry about my typing broken knuckle hiding at work

   Water pump or aux belt tensioner springs to mind.

   Alternator belt is slipping either get a new belt or if it's it's ok tighten it up!

   yeah found out my batteries had it to so going to replace all parts alternator coil pack battery and cam belt kit and water pump bit ott but the better it runs the more i smile
