   Dno what the deal is with my R reg, 1.1L sx,
   
   Started it and the car was shaking slightly, and it sounded like crap, really clumpy. But when i rev it a little the shaking and noise stops.
   
   Friend of mine thinks it may be the alternator, or something to do with.
   
   Just wondering if anyone could give me a hand?

   Could be an engine mount causing the shaking.

   could also be lamba sensor
