Fuel filter info.. Halfords part code needed

   Hi, going to be changing my fuel filter today due to it having a leak from somewhere, the filters soaked and dripping lyk a right twat.
   
   Just wondering if there is a fuel cut off switch or something to stop the fuel pissing out when i take the hoses off?

   Alot will come out but ut will eventualy stop when it drains out the filter. Have somthing ready to catch the petrol in. Hope this helps!

   So no way of stopping the flow just got to let it come out of the filter and catch it?

   Yea just let it run out till it stops. I got mine from unipart, just asked for a saxo 1.6 filter. Sure you could do the same at halfords?

   could be just do it manually by giving them make, model, engine size blah blah blah and they will be able to sort you out

   Yeah done it now
   
   filters changed.. a load of black shite came out of it with the petrol.. well due a service id say? ha
   
   Changed spark plugs too to Bosch Super 4's.. New Fuel Filter..
   
   Now to find some good gearbox oil and engine oil.
