Urgent help

   im in the process of fitting seatbelts and the rear ones seem to be locked how can i unlock them to attatch them into position

   if you put it on to the mount, does the seat belt move freely, they need to be at a certain angle to release

   i had it mounted but wont pull out

   i thought i read somewhere on here if they are locked there isn;t really a way to free them apart from taking them apart.
   i may be well wrong tho
