thing on tank

   Hi Guys
   whats the little white thing on the back of the fuel tank on a mk1 vtr? it has 2 pipes going to it
   i just broke mine fitting a rear beam(bastard sprang to mind)

   yeah thats the bit mate, i have just glued it at the minute.
   so it a a cut off valve then?
