key cutting question....

   i just bought a blank key for £3 off ebay for my pug 106.
   
   does any1 know if i can just go to a normal key cutting shop and get this cut ??

   My old saxo only came with one key so i took to a normal cutters and it made a copy there and then, worked fine

   yeap timpsons key cutters only cost £35 for key cut and coding
