   They are polished buddy....not chromed.
   
   Have a search....a few people have done it lately.

   there is a difference in chrome spray / paint and being chromed / dipped.
   
   polished on the other hand!

   basically sand and wire brush the paint and laquer back to the bare metal and polish it up.

    yea i done it .. takes about 15hrs a wheel (if ur anal like me) and is a right nob to keep clean and looking good .. mine ar gettin sprayed asap !! looked like this wen done .. nice but a nightmare to stop tarnishing .. but yea .. non ferrous polishing kit .. can get em off ebay for about 20 quid and will polish them up really nice
