How often should fuel filters be changed? and where abouts are the located on the vehicle? is towards the bck of the car? near the rear quarter?

I changed mine before and all this black shite came out, poor thing cant have been serviced in its life..
id change it every 6 month or something.. thats just me though people might say yearly..
Its on passenger side just in front of the rear wheel under the car.. easy to find

Fuel filters should rarely be changed, every few years usually. Diesels on the other hand will need replacements yearly.

Watch out for your eyes when you disconnect the pipe, the pressure that was in the filter blasted a load of petrol in my face, mostly my eyes, when i did mine. And if it does happen, don't spark up afterwards!

Located by the rear passenger wheel underneath the car.
I'd replace yearly personally.

As above. May as well be on the anual service but for the sake of 8 quid, if like me you change the oil and filters every 6 months you may as well do the fuel filter at the same time

Yeah cheers for that...yeah probally do it with the oil change etc.

mines due for a change so going to do it this weekend, do i need to clamp the fuel lines to stop fule flow or just get on with it?
