Under bonnet cover standard?

   Have recentley purchased a saxo 1.1 fotre 2001 on an X plate....and have noticed that it doesn't have an under bonnet cover....was wondering if it should have one as standard? or is this normal?
   
   Any suggestions/ comments would be great.

   No.. came with vt models doesnt really do much either.
