saxo mk1 exhaust on a mk2?

   saxo mk1 exhaust on a mk2? ive been offered a mk1 ful exhaust and catalytic converter, it looks different to mine but will it fit?? thanks

   Im pretty sure it will fit yes BUT you will be running 2 cats..

   A mk2 has a cat in the manifold and the mk1 has the cat under the car (mid-section). This means you will have both of these cats in place when you fit the mk1 exhaust.

   You have a mk1 engine then. So you need to change your question to "Saxo mk1 exhaust on a mk1" otherwords yes it will fit becouse its the same.

   His mk2 is a 2000 model so will have mk1 engine if the cat is underneath the car but a mk2 shell.

   yea mines a w reg mk2 ive sorted it now, the mk1 exhaust fits ok.
