Important! : Location of water pump on 1.4 Furio engine (TU)

    My engines making some sort of a rough noise all the time when in idle and in drive. Ive been told its the water pump but I havn't got a clue were its located on my engine.
    Does any 1 know? (with pics would be helpfull)

    It's driven by the cam belt, so behind the cam belt covers. If you've never tackled anything like this before, leave it to a garage - water pumps rarely come out without a fight.

    Im a student mechanic myself but wasnt to sure on what side it was on. Il have to buy a new pump this week and new timing belt whilst im at it as it overheating quite alot.

    if its anything like my vtr pump it will be a real real real real pain to get out. I had to use in 3 grown men tugging on a 1.3 metre crow bar. the crow bar itself weighed about 12kgs..also a lot of holes drilling extremely close to the block.
