Another Lowering Question... *YAWN*

Sorry for another lowering question but im a little confused. Been reading some threads on here and people are saying to lower the back you just take the torsion bar out and put it back in a few notches down... however some people are saying you need dampers for the rear? The kit below has front springs and dampers and rear dampers. is this any good?

    What would you recommend?

to lower a saxo 106 you have to remove the bars set your ride height and refit the torsion bars notches method is gay tbh.

me and willsy do it on a regular basis for £100 full car lowering

that suspension kit should be ok aswell mate depends what you want from the car tbh

Upgrading rear dampers are more important than front dampers when lowering due to the extra strain the torsion bar subjects
