Steering rack :@

    Are the steering racks the same on a VTR as a VTS? I think i may need to replace the fucking thing and i know someone thats got a VTR one for cheap. Replaced one of the pipes today and its still proper pissing out, but its coming from either the steering rack itself or one of the little metal pipes cant really see very well.

    How big of a job is it to change the rack? Its in a right fucking akward place, was hard enough to change the pipe today, do you have to take alot of stuff off to get to it?

    yes they are the same, and yes they are a pain in the arse to change.easier with inlet manifold out of the way and track rods taken off the rack
