Vtr pulling in first is it normal?

   If I boot it in first hands off the wheel it pulls left it turns a full half turn near the 3-4rpm area is this normal or what eles could it be had new brakes new tyres all pressure fine only in first gear? Is it normal I did notice there is a tiny milimeter split in the left rear wishbone bush ?

   My GTI does it, it's called torque steer, but only happens if i really let it rip.

   mine does in on a back road bash and when i let off and let the revs fall naturally i just class it as normal?

   Not normal on standard VTR, something is amiss. VTS I would expect to pull ayou about. My old series 1 RS Turbo was crazy in 1st and 2nd even with a LSD. Great car that was !

   its only in first i think its just normal torque or buses or the rack wearing

   id say normal if givin it the bifters, Torque steer baby! I had a vtr and was the same. Although my VTS is much worse for it.

   so want a vts can get insured now just hard finding a decent one for right price .yer feels like it in only first giving it a proper thrash my mates supercharged r32 is a killer for it lol if it gets worse then something will be obviously broken

    don't tend to hammer it through the gears with no hands, but coming out of tight corners if i plant it in low gears there is a bit of torque steer due to all those 89 asthmatic French donkeys..

    u can get torque steer abit from nearly every car if u boot it in first gear off line wiv no hands lol my vtr was bad for it smashed an alloy doin it more fun tho in a vts. nowt 2 be worried about.

    Mine does this too if i boot it. Caught me by surprise the first time as ive never experienced anything like it before lol.

    my 2000 vtr does it in 3rd..............but my driveshaft is fucked.............nah, its torque steer defo. the car is that lite and its got a half descent lump under the bonnet.get a full induction kit, change your cams,lower the rear, put on sum 16s get a remap then try it.........then change your wheel when you kerb it haha
