two plugs

   was looking for horn connectors today but found two hanging plugs in pass bumper/arch what are these for, guessing one might be for fog lights as they are removed, but may be wrong

   Wot type ov connectors do they have on the end?

   both broken, one has rements of a white plug, the insides are two prongs with two wires. other has brown connector snapped again and looks to have again two female hole connectors with two wires
