#2Get some de greaser and power hose it down

#4No, dont power hose it. Have a browse on detailing world, loads of handy info in there.
-
#5I think it would be safe to use a jetwash from a few feet away, but the engine wouldnt start again due to wet electrics. Would any water get in the battery thru the breather holes?

#6personally id never jet wash an engine from any distance, cant beat abit of degreaser and elbow grease!

#7Oke doke! cheers mate

#8if its on the cheap use WD-40 mate, cleans the bay up great, protects metal/moving components and doesn't harm electrics.. just cleans the contacts

#9cheers Lew_c wd40 worked a treat
