lowered now have a slight rub on flat arch

   i had my car lowered but now have a slight rub on the back. my arch was rolled a little but now enough because there is rivets holding the plastic door strip on. how do i get rid of the rivets? and will it still hold on without the rivet?

   ok mate nah havent got any pics, it only just hubs when going into a sharp bend but wound rather it didnt really rub at all

   The main area of rubbing is located around the back of the arch looking at it side on. If you look carefully the arch cuts across the wheel more than the area closer to the front of the car as so to speak.
   
   I used a junior hacksaw to cut slices into the arch lip then bent up the inner arch until it was sat flush. Then i sanded the rought edges. Now i can carry 5 big guys down a farm track without a single problem
