basicalyl i was driving along and noticed the battery light on then the lights cut off and the the car cut out, got it bump started then same thing lights off and car cuts out so got it to a petrol station and reveresed the car and seen the alternator belt lying on the floor...bloody ragin only just bought the car so had to leave it sittin at the petrol station and im gonna have to get a new one fitted tomorrow.
alternator belt snapped.

#3the belt was still intact,just looked really chewed up,didnt know how to put it back on.

#4it a easy job to do just got release mounting bolts and the adjustment strut put belt back on and tighting it back up and just dont overtighing it should have about 5mm off free movement between the pulleys
