car cuts out

   every so often my car cuts out but it u hit around the fuel pump and turn car on and off it will start again ? i have changed the pump but it was not a new pump i replaced it with so mayb 2 dodgie pumps ? or is there anything else it could b ?? cheers

   check the earth wire on the pump.......seen this before..
