Volcanic ash problem

    FUCKKKKK i had no idea about the volcanic ash and i just washed my car didnt jet wash it. I just thought it was dirty as fuck. Oh god wht have i done. It just looked dirty to me i dnt know how bad it was in lincolshire.

    i washed and waxed my car a couple weeks back, the ash is peeing on my parade, but it just whipes down with a damp smooth cloth

    being super gentle of course, the ash is practically tiny glass specs, and can course some horrible damage to the paint..

    I am going to have a quick look at it now, i totally forgot about it as i was doing a quick clean before going out :/

    will take pics later. Dont watch news also hvnt bin on here i just had no clue about it sure im not the only one. Basically theres quite a few more fine scratches on the top but hvnt looked properly yet dont dare 2.

    Temo, have you noticed any dusty bits left from the ash? Im from Thamesmead, near abbey wood and noticed the thickest dust/dirt build up on my car! it looks almost like sand?

    Im from gloucester and got it bad! Jet washing it off for now but will give it a good clean after its been in the bodyshop!

    @OP - Do you live in a bubble? How could you not know about the ash!

    I have millions of little black dots left over after jet washing. They won't rub off. Damm bloody ash
