i just bought myself a set of gloss black vts alloys, and was just wondering whats the best way to get them gleaming? i cracked out my old polish (turtle wax and t-cut) and the two i done in turtle wax looks alot better than the two i done in t-cut.

any ideas what i can try?

I just use polish and then use a wheel sealant to keep them protected and clean, please do not use T-cut,its way too harsh and wont do them any good.

I use AG clean wheels to clean them or soemthign similar, alot of people use Billbery.use a decent polish, buff off them use the wheel sealant

Edit: Maybe try the cleaning and car care section, may have some better answers in there.

i was actually looking at AG clean wheels when u posted it. atm ive just finished off my turtle wax alloy wheel cleaner that worked wonders before. if theres nout special out there might just stick with some black-turtle wax polish.

p.s. i only used t-cut as there was next to nothing in the bottle so i just finished it

I use Autoglym clean wheels then dry them. Then i just wax them with the same stuff as the car (Autoglym usually) and buff up. Really comes out shiny.

i've just got some cheap alloy wheel cleaner, its a spray on one, i spray it on, and rub it in with one of those wheel cleaner brushes, leave it for 10 mins, then wash it off, then dry them. Can see myself in them, works like a treat.
