problem with old alarm

   hey does anyone have any idea for this i bought a vtr at the weekend and noticed a fuse missin so put it in and led for the alarm started to flash and the hazards iv got no key fob and theres no siren with it its stoping my lights from working central locking and cd player how do i disconect it all?much appreciated
