   does it at about 60mph, dead quiet and then gets louder/quieter as it wants! not brakes, as it doesn't stop if i tap the brakes, only if i slow down. got REALLY loud after i accidentally got some air over a bridge

   sure it not alternator belt, mine used to do that before it fell off
