Got my car like 4 weeks ago and theres a knocking when turning right! my mates 172 was doing the same so we fixed his ball joint and now its all good but i just looked on my mot certificate and it says its ball joint rubber split. Im assuming it will need the whole ball joint but can i get it of any saxo or just the vtr/vts or just the vts? thanks

Bottom arms come with ball joints and bushes already attached, yo can buy the ball joint seperate but it needs to be pressed in (clio bolts on).

Bottom arm for VTR/VTS/FURIO same. All othe rmodels will not fit.

rather not chance it with a used part, have had ball joints go twice on the car now, and have wasted time with used driveshafts in the past. or am i missing the point and you're advising me to get a used genuine part than one of these ebay ones?

how easy is the ball joint to replace? is it a garage only job?

I just bought the ball joint from ebay £10 , paid garage £10 to press it in , £20 easy fix.
The bushes were too good to replace whole arm so this option was best for me.
