   right im buying another VTR engine because i am feckin sick with the amount of ass balls my car is providing, every month there is a new problem !! and having spent now more than i originally paid for the car, (£1600 + ) in the past 3 months time for a change !
   
   question is?
   
   with a budget of £200 ish each month, what can i get from this site : http://www.hiflowheads.co.uk/performance/vtr.pdf to make it better/ at least work
   
   the donor engine has 70k on it, so im going to rebuild it on my own,
   
   any help or ideas would be great, (apart from setting fire to my car i have already thought about this lol)
