lowering

   i started lowering my rear beam 2day and i cant get thos stupid washers out! any advise on getting them out or not?

   Lots of wd40 will help get the crap and grit out, then get a flat head screwdriver and push the washer down then prise it out. (the washer is offset, it is wider on one side of the hole than the other).
