    fuel filter proberly.

Change the filter and slam a bottle of redex in there.

If the problem still exist then its a sensor (my monies on crank), i doubt its the coilpack as they tend to just completly fail rather than intermitantly fault.

i was thinking fuel filter too but not much of a mechanic, my mate has a spare fuel filter so will definatly try that before shes back on the road saturday. but i also have lumpy idle all the time but i have a hole around my lamda sensor which i think makes the lumpy idle or do you think this could be linked to both?

Sounds like the coil pack strikes again! Very common problem with saxos lately... change the coil pack and while your at it swap out the sparks...

she is well in need of a service
i also get a really bad vibration through the dash board which i am guessing is the engine mount placed near under the ecu??
do u reckon just a new engine would be easier as mine has just hit the 141,000 mark and head gasket is on its way lol
