Rear Lights

   AS above, my rear lights are on when i turn the ignition on and drive normally but the switch to turn the lights on is turned off though??
   
   Any idea's as to why my rear lights are constantly on?

   The Dual/Double Filiment bulb maybe the wrong way round?
