Knock Knock

    ...Who's there, yes its the front end of my car

    Something is knocking / vibrating rather badly when i turn right and when i go above 55mph and go half throttle

    I have the week off next week so am guna go to town on the front left of my car cus thats where the noise is coming from

    Im just wondering what to check and what to look out for?

    Could be a number of things

    If you have time off next week check everything, could be a wheel bearing, track rod, drop link, lower arm / lower arm bushes, drive shaft. Sorry to be so vague.

    Check the wheel for any play when it's jacked up, disc for any cracks e.t.c, check all joint ends R.E shagged / split rubbers, check the drive shaft for excessive play / condition of c.v joints / hub nut. May also be worth checking the suspension for a damaged spring or damper that is leaking oil e.t.c. Have you had the wheel balanced lately ? Also make sure all nuts & bolts e.t.c are done up correctly to include suspension top mount nuts. Some times its the stupid small things that are the cause.
