I bought a mk2 saxo vtr last week, but did not notice this problem at the time. When driving the car it sounds like the wheels are rubbing on the arches but when i put it out of gear and coast, the noise stops, so it definately isnt the arches rubbing.
Can anyone shed some light on what this could be? Is it possible that the gear box needs oil?
