whining from rear while reversing

   took off the rear beam to do the bushes, and since i put it back on, when i reverse, it makes a whining noise (similar to the noise a wine glass makes when you move your finger around the rim), havent noticed it causing a problem though, any ideas?

   thought every other car whines while reversing? pretty sure its normal.

   nah, its a new noise, pretty loud, but cant see anything unusual with the beam
