    Buy some Q-Bond

-Lay bumper on the floor facing upwards
    -Rub area of crack down
-put a few drips of the qbond on the crack area
-sprinkle the plastic powder over the crack (plentiful)
-put a few drips ontop to make it fuse,
-Do same on the rear of the bumper
-then rub the front down so its back flat again.
    -make sure perfectly smooth
-Grey primer the area (make the area as small as possible
-with wet and dry fine with water rub gently the primer till smooth
-repeat for 2 coats of primer
    -then spray the colour on
-rub with very fine wet and dry with water
-repeat for 3 coats or so
    - then take masking away and blend the paint so there isn't an edge
    - then laquer

    parts req
    - Q-Bond
-Wet and dry sandpaper (a fair bit)
    -Grey Primer
-Colour Paint (specific to your colour code)
    -Clear Laquer
