Found a Rear Beam Noise Solution

Right, as most of us on here have been annoyed with the clunking noise you get from the rear beam, I thought I post up my solution that has been a success so far lol. I started off a few months ago by tightening the rear ARB plate up, but it kept coming back. So today I tried something new. Its a two man job ( you will know why in a bit) so get a friend involved. All i basically did was jack the car up, remove the wheels, check that is all safe etc. I undid the two bolts that hold the ARB plate on and also removed the rubber bung from the passengers side. Once I took them off, I cleaned the surface of the trailing arm, and lined everything back up again. This is the two man part, I got two lump hammers, one for me and the other for my mate, then we both tapped the ARB plate at the same time. This made them really tight against the trailing arm and has so far got rid of the clunking noise. Its a bit of a novel, but I thought I would post it as it has helped me, and hopefully help others out
