Throttle cable help

    My throttle cable has about 5 cable ties zipped tight in a row just before the bit that seperates the housing and when the actual cable itself comes out. Its obvious it didnt come like this standard so its been bodged im just wondering what its suppose to look like.. or whats meant to be there? Its a 1.0 engine anyone got a pic you can show me? or explain the part i need to buy for it cheeers

    A clip like a stretched opern hairclip fits there to adjust throttle cable tension (NOT idle speed). There needs to be a few mm of play in the cable when throttle is in the closed position.

    Ah ok cheers mate.. erm quick question as you mentioned it how do you ajust the idle speed??
