tarting up

   best way to tart up steelies... i want to keep the center black but spray everythin that comes infront of it ( the lip ) best way to do it?
   
   rub the lip down primer it?
   spray with normal halfrauds paint?
   then lacuer it?

   well make sure u take the wheel of and mask everything. paint on tyres looks abit crap lol

   or because they are steel get them black powder coated for peanuts the you havce a clean rim to work with
