   I already have the osram night breakers, which are really good and bright, but just looking on auto bulbs direct i saw H4 Osram Night Racer Plus 90% .
   Are they any much difference? I also bought a pair of philips crystal vision, which are really crisp white, but VERY short in range which is dangerous...
   Also the crystal vision is 4800K... but what is the maximum legal limit i can have?

   What do you mean by the maximum limit? And all those bulbs will be similar tbh. For £50 you could get yourself a nice set of HIDs which will give you a bright light and a longer range

   but the HIDs are illegal, and i don't want to get in trouble for it,
   as like, what is the legal maximum Colour Temperature (Kelvin)
