Important! : saxo vtr mk1 loosing power

   wondering if someone could help, saxo is loosing power
   sometimes be ok then loose power an then be ok again if the car goes over 5000rpm then wil loose power dramatically an sounds asif would go quiter sort of thing like asif been restricted but doesnt make sence tome, i have brought a brand new coil pack etc fitted that and also had new lambda sensor fitted just wondering weather anybody would know what other things it could be and the engine management light is on also.

   if engine light is on go to a garage and get them to plug it in

   could be the headgasket down and causeing a sensor to go down to turn the light on. sound like my old vtr symptoms without the management light.

   yeah going to get it read thursday me thinks hopefully
   and bloody hell hope its not the head gasket thats a joke if it is only had the thing 5 months worse thing i ever brought just keep finding problems with it
