    Just Took My Shite Old Wipers Off My Vtr That Didn't Even Wipe They Just Smugded And I've Just Received My New Wipers And Was Just About To Fit Them But Can't Get The Old Wiper BladesOff The Arms So Would I Need To Buy New Wiper Arms ?
